Gift Voucher Promotion – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Willow Tree Interiors Gift Voucher Promotion (“the Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid on new orders placed between 1st February 2026 and 31st March 2026, inclusive.

Orders placed outside of this period do not qualify.

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to private residential customers only.

  • Trade, commercial, developer or contract projects are excluded.

  • The Promotion applies to new orders only and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing or previously confirmed orders.

  • The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.

3. Qualifying Spend & Voucher Values

To qualify for the Promotion, customers must spend a minimum of £25,000 on qualifying Willow Tree Interiors cabinetry and furniture.

Gift voucher values are awarded as follows:

  • £25,000 + → £500 gift voucher

  • £35,000 + → £750 gift voucher

  • £45,000 + → £1000 gift voucher

Spend is calculated inclusive of VAT.

4. Exclusions

The qualifying spend excludes the following:

  • Appliances

  • Work surfaces

  • Sinks and taps

  • Flooring

  • Installation services

  • Decorating or painting services

  • Design fees

  • Delivery charges

Only Willow Tree Interiors cabinetry and furniture are included when calculating qualifying spend.

5. Issuing of Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers will be issued by email to the address provided at the time of order.

  • Vouchers will be sent 14 days after final delivery and/or installation has been completed.

  • Only one gift voucher may be issued per customer and per qualifying order.

6. Redeeming Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed in one single transaction; no remaining balance will be carried forward.

  • Gift vouchers may only be redeemed against new orders for Willow Tree Interiors furniture and accessories.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against:​

    • Installation

    • Appliances

    • Bespoke commissions already in progress

    • Design or service fees

    • Deposits or part-payments on existing orders

  • Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. General

  • Willow Tree Interiors reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Any disputes arising from this Promotion will be resolved at the discretion of Willow Tree Interiors.

  • The promoter of this Promotion is Willow Tree Interiors Ltd.
