How our design appointments work
Our design appointments typically last between 2 to 3 hours, during which we aim to provide you with a complete set of plans and a detailed quotation. We’re delighted to offer this initial design service free of charge for UK-based projects, provided our timelines align and any necessary planning permissions are already in place.

For customers overseas—including Northern Ireland—we offer a remote design service. You’ll meet with one of our designers via video call to discuss your ideas in detail. Following the session, you’ll receive a full set of plans and a comprehensive quote. This service carries a £500 design fee, which will be deducted from your final kitchen order.

When to get in touch
We tailor our design schedule to suit your project timeline, and we're happy to arrange an appointment that aligns with both your timescales and our manufacturing availability.
As a general guide, we recommend getting in touch around six months before your ideal installation date. However, we’re also able to accommodate projects with shorter lead times whenever possible.
